We want the young people of the Dominican Republic and Costa Rica to have dreams of beauty, to transform their environment and seek to transcend.  We have signed an agreement with GHI LIMITED and HAINAN WORLD UNION PHILANTHROPY FOUNDATION to make an important injection of capital to art, culture and social sciences.  We will seek to develop infrastructure, support programs and groups of artistic manifestations that allow combining spaces of sustainable housing solutions and a first-world cultural environment.  Art and culture are the true "railway machine" that will take our peoples to the world of the future.  As stated by the former president of Costa Rica: Jose Figueres Ferrer "For what tractors, without violins?"  .  We deeply believe in it, we work hard for it and we are committed to investing in it.
